If you are looking for some 'you' time, need pain and stress relief or are on a path to improve your wellbeing, I am here to help.

My journey into holistic therapy has unfolded throughout my life.

Leaving my hometown of Liverpool in my late teens I began to travel around the world with my backpack and found myself drawn to the richness of the cultures I met,  especially those that had the spiritual essence of ritual and reverence.

Australia was a turning point for me. There in 2000 I received energy and crystal healing and knew that this was for me. Whilst there I also witnessed a demonstration of a Lomi Lomi massage, a discipline I had yet to hear of and was mesmerised by its beauty and power.

When I returned home 24 years ago, I began a year-long Kriya Yoga meditation course in Somerset. This became a natural foundation for a further two years of training in Energy Healing for both people and animals.

In 2013, I was drawn to find a way to express the healing energy flow through another discipline. I remembered the Hawaiian massage demonstration I had seen and soon found myself training with the wonderful Rosalie Samet in Brighton, of The Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage UK Training Centre (huna-massage.com).

Rosalie herself trained with the Masters in Hawaii and introduced modern Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage to the UK—a beautiful synthesis of Kahuna massage and Lomi Lomi—with great emphasis on the Feminine Principle of Aloha as applied through massage and healing.

In 2021, I trained with Sarah Collins of The London Massage School at her base in Haworth, completing a Deep Tissue Massage course to further enhance my practice, alongside earning a diploma in Holistic Facial Therapy, which I now offer for both men and women.
